A Christmas Countdown

In the beginning of the month I started a side project for myself to post a Christmas themed photo everyday until Christmas day on my Flickr account. I've actually had a lot of fun doing this and it's actually seemed to make the time go faster (if thats possible). They may not be my most technically sound images but some of them are cute just the same and I'll share my favorites from the series with you all, Enjoy.

I recently had my first newborn session with the sweetest "newborn". She was anything but fussy and actually slept 80% of the time, the only time we were greeted with some fussy-ness was when we tried to put her tutu on, she was not loving the tutu as much as her mother and I were.

Genesy - Baby's First Christmas

As I mentioned in a previous post I was pulling double duty for holiday photos last weekend and it just wouldn't be right to brag about one with out showing off the other as well now would it.  

Lea - 12.5.10

I was working double duty this past weekend shooting 2 cousins for their families holiday cards. I bounced the camera back and forth from Lea to Genesy, while one was getting changed the other was posing, and while the other was posing the other was eating, it actually worked out quite well. I loved their outfits and headpieces, made for truly festive shots.

  

The "P" Family

I was able to shoot an enthusiastic family of 3 brothers and their brand new baby sister, Mary, this past Saturday with a Halloween theme. Mary's mother had tons of adorable costumes and headbands for baby Mary and the brothers were more than willing to stand behind me making faces to keep their sister happy and smiling.

Disney World - August 2010

This past August my family and I went down to Disney World for our summer vacation. We have been members of the Disney Vacation Club (our home away from home is the Boardwalk Resort) for over 10 years now and usually go as a whole family every other year, however with college and work and our lives getting in the way it took an extra year before we got to go back. This was my first trip to Disney World with my boyfriend and it was also the first time going to Disney World with the intentions of photographing it properly. While I got many great shots there aren't nearly as many as I intended on getting but I can't be too mad considering the thing that got in the way of photographing the 'world' was enjoying and getting caught up in my boyfriend and I's first trip together.
